Few years ago Bloggers Blog lacked many important features in it's blog. Now it seems that Blogger is clearing out all the drawback of it's blog.
Threaded comment system was one of the feature which Bloggers lacked with, but the story is not same now. Blogger has released it's new threaded comment system in it's blog settings.
Threaded comments will make it easier for you to reply to a individual comment, but still blogger lacks here also. You can't make conversation with the commentator using threaded comment option. Though it's not good enough but it shouldn't be a big matter of worry because Blogger has always been satisfying it's users by giving them complete control over the blog they own.
Threaded comments option is set to default feature in blogger settings, if not then you may follow two steps to enable it.
1. Your Blog's Per-Post Comment Feeds should be set to full.

2. Now you have to opt for Embedded comments.

How to make Threaded Comments Work On Custom Templates
Sometimes it happens that threaded comments won't work with highly customized templates. To make it work in such templates only option is to reset the blog posts widget, where threaded comments code reside in.
Disable Threaded Comments
Though threaded is working well but sometimes it happens that blank white pages, missing comments appears. These are some of the bugs of threaded comments. We hope that blogger will soon clear out these bugs.
To disable threaded comments feature in your blog.
■ Opting to Full-screen or Pop-up comments, or by
■ Setting the Per-post Comment Feeds to None.
